Hope Rises

Description

Hope Rises is a declaration that there is hope no matter what challenges we face in life.  I had a vision of this painting during the week preceding Easter.  The heard the words “Hope Rises” several times on the radio and it resonated with me.  In my desire to capture this in my painting, I kept picturing the sun bursting through the clouds in a triumphant display of glory and majesty.
